PROJECTING
Our technical department follows the development of the moulding project right from the conception of the mould.
DESIGN
We give shape to the mould, starting with the final characteristics expected for each individual part.
State-of-the-art CAD/CAE/CAM software allows us to design, create and simulate any technology applicable to injection moulds.
ENGINEERING
We support the customer in engineering the part, and then develop the entire mould design in-house.
This process requires a combination of technical expertise, material knowledge and a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles and production processes.
FEASIBILITY STUDIES
We can take care of feasibility studies of moulds that have already been designed, identifying the best way to make an existing CAD modelling concrete.
Our experience and the tools at our disposal allow us to propose the solution that meets the customer’s needs in terms of cost and quality of the result.
