MOULDING

In our moulding department we produce a wide range of plastic products that are selected by specialised operators, who check their quality to ensure that the result meets the customer’s expectations.

We offer a customised mould testing service at the request of our customers.

2K-3K AND OVERMOULDING

We have two-phase and three-phase multi-material technologies at our disposal to be able to insert two or more different plastics inside the mould. This allows us to produce complex parts and, thanks to co-moulding and overmoulding, also to be able to insert metal components inside them.

MACHINE PARK

SO-MEC’s machine park is constantly being renewed. There are currently 6 injection moulding machines in the wide tonnage range of 6 – 1300 tons.
